Pleated trousers by claude montana (c. 1990s), made from a very dark purple wool gabardine. The trousers have a fly front, with vertical jet pockets at the sides, horizontal jet pockets at the back (nicely fastened with self fabric loops and buttons on the inside), and a small, buttoned coin pocket at the front waist. They are cut generously at the top and thighs, tapering to the cuff.
